Seeing double: Double cuteness!

Today my bunny Sjakie met his brother. At least we think they might be family, Charlie was bought at a petshop, mine was dumped at a petting zoo both in the same town and both look extremely alike!
When I entered a site named Bunspace with my boy and looked through the bunnies who lived in Vlaardingen there was this bunny who caught my eye right away, Charlie looked so much like Sjaak! They have the same spot on their snout, the same long hairs, the same looks, the same everything!

Today at the petstore there was a pet photographer and he took pictures of animals (duh....) and we decided to meet to really see them and see if they looked alike as well in person, well, in bunny. I'm not going to say it, just look and judge yourself!

So, I recently promised somebody some pictures, what better way to hand them over then to make a blog about it.

Fishy, fishy

So, unfortunally my male Platy died yesterday. He was already with me for longer then a year and he was already an adult when he came so I think he died of old age.
I already have a new male in the fishtank and he looks so much like the previous guy.

They really do look alike, don't they? The new one is a lighter shade of yellow but maybe he will darken in time. Guess I just will have to wait and see.

Do not disturb, I'm sleeping

"Mommy, that zebra, is he dead?"
Of course small children were worried, this zebra sure as hell looked dead but she was just sleeping. Luckily she was not snoring, do zebra's snore?

The younger zebra pretended not to see this one asleep and kept looking in the other direction.

Tigers

So, I guess everybody knows about the love I have for cats, right? I absolutely love the buggers that walk around here and I also adore the Tigers when I stop by the zoo once in a while. I guess it is just because Tigers are actually big cats although they certainly are not as cuddly then our feline friends are. They sure are wonderfull to look at, especially when they just got fed.
Unfortunally my camera usually zoomed in on the fence so some of the pictures are not as great as the others, still I hope you enjoy watching the pictures of these magnificent beasts as much as I  loved making them.

How do you all like this fellow? His name is King and he is the dog of a very good friend of mine.
He might seem big and scary but believe me, he is just big and a sweetheart!

This is my first post so I'm not really sure yet how everything works. Just be patient while I figure it out and sorry if my pictures are weird in the beginning. I will learn.


As said earlier I mostly take pictures of animals. Right now my laptop is filled with them so I will be posting pictures out of my big stack of old pictures mostly. It will be tagged/labelled as old.

The first picture I will post is one of my own cat Jimmy. He is a handsome spayed male of 4 years old. Black and white with extremely beautiful eyes.
